Summary: The Oracle SCM Consultant role requires a techno-functional consultant with hands-on experience in supply chain management modules, particularly within the manufacturing industry. The position emphasizes expertise in EDI integrations and Oracle EBS, along with a strong background in application support or consulting. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Oracle e-Business suite modules and experience in full-cycle implementations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional consulting for SCM modules including OM, INV, PO, Advanced Pricing, Manufacturing, Costing, and Account Receivables.
  • Manage EDI integrations and middleware tools such as Boomi/OIC.
  • Integrate Oracle EBS with WMS systems, focusing on order release, pick/pack/ship, and inventory synchronization.
  • Support application and consulting roles for Oracle EBS Release 12.
  • Implement and upgrade Oracle EBS SCM modules through full cycle projects.
  • Utilize Oracle Implementation Methodology and Business Process Engineering in ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Exhibit strong business analysis and functional skills in relevant areas.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
  • 8 - 12 years of experience with Oracle EBS Release 12 in application support or consulting.
  • At least 5 years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience with 3 full cycle Oracle EBS SCM implementations or major upgrades.
  • Expertise in setup and integration of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Implementation Methodology and ERP implementation methodologies.

We are looking for these below skills in summary with both functional and technical hands-on experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry -

  • Techno Functional consultant with SCM modules of OM, INV, PO along with Advanced Pricing, Manufacturing, Costing, Account Receivables modules
  • Solid experience with EDI integrations (e.g., inbound orders, ship confirmations, invoices) and middleware tools such as Boomi/OIC or equivalent
  • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with WMS systems, including order release, pick/pack/ship, ship confirm, and inventory synchronization

Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.

8 - 12 years Oracle EBS Release 12 in experience in an application support or consulting role.

At least 5 years supply chain experience.

3 Full cycle Oracle EBS SCM implementation or major upgrade experience.

Expert in the setup and integration points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules.
