Oracle SCM Business Systems Analyst

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our supply chain processes. This fully remote contract role requires 10 to 15 years of experience with a strong focus on Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Purchasing. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and ensure effective implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM system solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle SCM modules: Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Purchasing.
• Lead or support business process improvement efforts in the supply chain domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement scalable functional solutions.
• Provide timely end-user support and resolve functional issues.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and test cases.
• Manage timely delivery of system enhancements, patches, and configuration updates.

Key Skills:

• 10 to 15 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a specialization in Oracle SCM.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Purchasing modules.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate functional requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.
