Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle SPM Developer with expertise in the Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) module to develop, customize, and support Oracle SPM/VIC solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance incentive compensation processes and ensuring compliance with best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be adept at troubleshooting and data integration. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle SPM (VIC) solutions to support variable compensation planning, calculation, and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain compensation plans, formulas, payment workflows, and crediting rules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform data integrations, validations, and transformations across systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, CRM, ERP).
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes for system-related problems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and development processes.
  • Support testing, user training, and go-live activities.
  • Adhere to security, compliance, and best practices in Oracle SPM deployments.

Key Skills:
