Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning modules.
  • Conduct demand forecasting and supply planning to enhance inventory optimization.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Planning Central and related tools for effective supply chain management.
  • Utilize data modeling, analytics, and reporting tools for performance insights.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide analytical problem-solving support.
  • Participate in full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional planning teams on enterprise transformation projects.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning principles, and inventory optimization.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, analytics, and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
  • Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
  • Experience in high-tech or manufacturing industry sectors.
