Summary: The Oracle S&OP Consultant role is a long-term remote contract position requiring a subject matter expert in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). The candidate should possess extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning modules, along with a proven track record of successful implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle S&OP implementations.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
- Analyze demand forecasting and supply planning principles.
- Optimize inventory management processes.
- Utilize data modeling and reporting tools for analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional planning teams on enterprise transformation projects.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with expertise in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
- Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central.
- Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
