Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle S&OP implementations.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Analyze demand forecasting and supply planning principles.
  • Optimize inventory management processes.
  • Utilize data modeling and reporting tools for analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional planning teams on enterprise transformation projects.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with expertise in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central.
  • Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
