Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ORMB.
- Translate business requirements into scalable billing and revenue solutions.
- Conduct requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state process design.
- Design and govern customer accounts, pricing, billing, payments, collections, adjustments, and delinquency.
- Review FDDs, process flows, configurations, and end-to-end solution designs.
- Define functional requirements for integrations with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, banking, and reporting systems.
- Partner with Finance, Billing, Revenue Operations, Business, and IT teams.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.
- Drive billing accuracy, revenue assurance, collections effectiveness, and reconciliation.
Must Have
- 5+ years of Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) experience.
- 8+ years of Oracle applications experience.
- 5+ years as a Functional/Solution Architect or equivalent.
- Strong Billing-to-Cash and Revenue Management transformation experience.
- Expertise in billing, payments, collections, adjustments, delinquency, and revenue processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and governance skills.
