Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for Oracle Retail and BlueYonder applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Proficient in RMS functions like Inventory Management, Stock Ledger and RIB message processing.
• Work directly with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and deliver timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity.
• Monitor and manage data flow within Oracle Retail systems, with a focus on inventory accuracy and financial reconciliation.
• Deliver 24/7 support for critical production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid resolution.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore development teams to plan and execute timely production deployments.
• Secondary skills JDA/Allocation/MFP.
• Basically, 80% Oracle Retail work and 20% JDA/MFP work.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Oracle Retail Suite applications (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RIB, SIM).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data flow across retail systems.
• Experience with BlueYonder (JDA) applications such as Allocation and Planning-MFP.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Experience in providing 24/7 support for production issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
