- Proficient in RMS functions like Inventory Management, Stock Ledger and RIB message processing.
- Work directly with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and deliver timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity.
- Monitor and manage data flow within Oracle Retail systems, with a focus on inventory accuracy and financial reconciliation.
- Deliver 24/7 support for critical production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid resolution.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore development teams to plan and execute timely production deployments.
- Secondary skills JDA/Allocation/MFP.
- Basically, 80% Oracle Retail work and 20% JDA/MFP work.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Retail Suite applications (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RIB, SIM).
- Proficiency in BlueYonder (JDA) applications, specifically Allocation and Planning-MFP.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data flow across retail systems.
