Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Technical Lead/Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing, developing, and enhancing Oracle Retail applications.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS/RMS and must have worked on retail industry client projects. Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Retail Merchandising applications.
- Work extensively with Oracle Retail MFCS and RMS.
- Lead or participate in end-to-end MFCS implementations from requirements through Go-Live.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Drive solutions through development, testing, integration, deployment, and production Go-Live.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate requirements, configurations, and solution designs.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB, JSON/XML, and OIC.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices in software development.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle Retail experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS
- At least one end-to-end MFCS implementation – Mandatory
- Strong experience with Oracle Retail RMS
- Experience with Retail industry clients – Mandatory
- Experience with RPM, ReSA, and/or ReIM is highly desirable
- Strong PL/SQL
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Oracle APEX

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Strong understanding of Oracle Retail business processes and applications

Candidate Requirements

- Must have completed at least one end-to-end MFCS implementation.
