Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of reports to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports
  • Stay updated on oracle reporting tools and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements
  • Extract and map daily patient demographic and financial updates from Cerner RCM, including the Profit module
  • Analyze Cerner Revenue Cycle workflows, including billing, collections, and claims processing
  • Develop and maintain CCL scripts for reporting and data extraction
  • Perform SQL queries and data analysis within Oracle databases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial reporting accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Cerner RCM system issues
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
