Summary: The Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant role focuses on leveraging technical expertise in ORC integrations, reporting, and workflow configuration to enhance the recruiting lifecycle. The position requires collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to optimize processes and support various testing cycles. The consultant will also be responsible for developing integrations and reports, as well as troubleshooting issues within the ORC system. This is a long-term contract position that allows for remote or hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ORC integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL.
  • Build OTBI/BIP recruiting reports, custom dashboards, and analytics.
  • Create and maintain offer letter templates, screening questionnaires, and approval workflows.
  • Design Fast Formulas for eligibility, validation, approval routing, and data transformations.
  • Lead data migration of candidates, requisitions, templates, screening questions, and job models.
  • Build Redwood/VBCS extensions for recruiter and candidate pages.
  • Troubleshoot ORC workflows, integrations, and reporting issues.
  • Support CRP, SIT, UAT testing cycles and help users validate recruiting transactions.
  • Collaborate with HR/TA teams to gather functional requirements and optimize recruiting processes.

Key Skills:

  • 4-6+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to ORC.
  • Strong experience with OIC, REST APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP.
  • Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards, background checks, onboarding systems).
  • Good functional knowledge of requisition, candidate, offer, and hiring flow.
  • Experience troubleshooting ORC transactions, approvals, notifications, and UI extensions.
