Oracle QA Testing Lead

Summary: The Oracle QA Testing Lead is responsible for leading the QA strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle application implementations and enhancements, particularly within the Life Sciences sector. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to define test requirements and manage the end-to-end test lifecycle. The position also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle application implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to Life Sciences (GxP/CSV/Part 11).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and SMEs to define test requirements and traceability.
• Manage end-to-end test lifecycle: test design, test data setup, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Dev, Functional, Business Analysts) to drive quality deliverables.
• Conduct UAT planning, coordination, and support.
• Define test metrics, dashboards, and provide regular status reports.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years in Oracle Application QA, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• Deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or EBS modules like Finance, SCM, or HCM.
• Strong understanding of GxP/CSV and FDA validation methodologies.
• Familiar with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, OATS), though validation is largely manual.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
