Summary: The role of Test Lead for Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation involves serving as the primary liaison between client business users and the offshore testing team for a large-scale supply chain project. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client’s business users, functional leads, and the offshore testing team across all in-scope systems
- Quickly ramp up on unfamiliar applications and business processes to ensure test scenarios accurately represent how the system is actually used
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and working sessions with SMEs to define acceptance criteria and derive end-to-end test scenarios including cross-system processes that span multiple platforms
- Lead test planning activities: estimation, test strategy, test cycle scheduling, entry/exit criteria, and preparation of test summary and status reports
- Review and approve test cases and scripts developed by the offshore team to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment to business requirements
- Coordinate and support UAT cycles: preparing UAT scenarios, guiding business users through execution, consolidating feedback, facilitating defect triage, and managing sign-offs
- Represent testing status, risks, and blockers in client-facing meetings, sprint ceremonies, and steering committees
- Log, track, and manage defects in Jira, ensuring clear impact descriptions, priority alignment with the client, and timely resolution
- Maintain traceability between Jira test assets (test cases, cycles, requirements) to ensure coverage and auditability across all systems
- Collaborate with the offshore team on daily handoffs, prioritization, and workload balancing to maintain delivery cadence
- Follow defined QA processes, suggest improvements to testing practices, and contribute to building regression test suites for future releases
Key Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of supply chain business processes (e.g., procurement, warehousing, transportation, order management, demand/supply planning)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new enterprise applications and translate business needs into accurate, detailed test documentation
- Hands-on experience in functional testing of enterprise system implementations or upgrades, including configuration validation and end-to-end business process testing
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms is preferred: Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan SCALE WMS, E2O, or Shipium
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate testing workstreams, including planning, estimation, and stakeholder reporting
- Experience managing test assets and defect workflows in Jira

This resource must be able to rapidly learn unfamiliar systems, grasp end-to-end supply chain processes that cut across multiple platforms, and confidently validate that scripts reflect real-world business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
