Oracle Project Manager | Remote

Summary: The Oracle Project Manager role is a remote position focused on managing Oracle project implementations, specifically within Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, and PPM. The candidate is expected to have extensive experience in project management, particularly with Oracle systems, and to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle Cloud ERP / EPM / HCM / PPM implementations.
• Utilize Oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM, OUM, and Agile.
• Lead project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of total experience with at least 6 years in Oracle project management.
• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP / EPM / HCM / PPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM / OUM / Agile).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
