Summary: The Oracle Project Manager will oversee the upgrade of Oracle EBS from version 11i to R12, coordinating team members, contractors, and consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with objectives. This role requires effective stakeholder management, team leadership, and risk management while ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. The position is fully remote but requires travel to three locations for one week each. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support.

  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

THIS WILL BE FULLY REMOTE BUT MUST TRAVEL ONSITE TO THREE LOCATIONS, INDY, DENVER AND MEXICO CITY FOR 1 WEEK EACH.
