Summary: Amazech Solutions is seeking an Oracle Procurement / VMS functional lead to join their team remotely. The role requires expertise in Fusion cloud procurement and vendor lifecycle management, with a focus on implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various procurement processes and systems. This position is part of a rapidly growing IT solutions and staffing company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead at least two full implementations of Fusion cloud procurement and vendor lifecycle management.
- Manage data feeds with Oracle EDM, including testing and training.
- Configure and operate the vendor registration portal and supplier approval process.
- Oversee the contract process, including electronic signatures and communications.
- Set up the Sourcing module, Bid Management, Supplier Portal, and Subledger accounting.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Fusion cloud procurement and vendor lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Hub, and Supplier Portal.
- Expertise in managing vendor registration processes and workflows.
- Strong understanding of contract processes and supplier qualification methods.
- Ability to configure and manage various procurement modules and systems.

We are looking for an Oracle Procurement / VMS functional lead to work remotely.
Required skills/Experience:
- Experience with at least two full implementations of Fusion cloud procurement, vendor lifecycle management, source-to-pay.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Procurement (Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), Supplier Hub, Supplier Portal, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)
- Experience managing data feeds with Oracle EDM (i.e. vendor or location master data), testing, and training.
- Configuration/operation of vendor registration portal (supplier approval process), including vetting, questionnaires, etc
- Expertise with contracts (contract process, e-mails, electronic signatures, etc.)
- Experience working with Supplier registration process, workflow configuration, Supplier questionnaires, Inventory configuration, Supplier qualification, Supplier self-service, Configuration, supplier/site / ASL, and other control methods.
- Setting up the Sourcing module, Bid Management, Supplier Portal, and Subledger accounting.
