Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementation, configuration, and support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement business processes, supplier management, purchasing, sourcing, and procurement integrations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Procurement, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, and Sourcing.
• Design and implement procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, business rules, and document styles.
• Configure requisitions, purchase orders, blanket purchase agreements, contract purchase agreements, and supplier agreements.
• Support supplier registration, supplier onboarding, supplier profile management, and supplier qualification processes.
• Configure procurement catalogs, content zones, shopping categories, and punchout catalogs.
• Implement procurement approval workflows and manage approval rules using Oracle BPM.
• Support integration with Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Management.
• Coordinate integrations with Inventory Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Order Management, and external procurement systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and solution design documents.
• Support data migration, supplier conversion, open purchase order conversion, and procurement master data validation.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing functional support.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates, assess release impacts, and coordinate regression testing.
