Summary: The Oracle Procure to Pay Consultant will lead assessments and strategy development for the P2P process in enterprise clients, focusing on process improvements in procurement and supplier management. The role involves advising on technology enablement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change management initiatives. Additionally, the consultant will mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development through innovative solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the P2P lifecycle, particularly in a retail context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead P2P process assessments, strategy development, and roadmap creation for enterprise clients.
- Design and implement process improvements across procurement, supplier management, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
- Advise on technology enablement including ERP systems- Ideally, Oracle Retail Merchandising Financial Suite (MFCS) but we are open to broader consulting experience in the P2P space, and automation tools (RPA, AI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with finance, supply chain, and IT strategies.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development through thought leadership and solution innovation.
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of P2P lifecycle and best practices in a retail environment
- Proficiency in Supplier Invoice Management, Voucher Match (2 and 3 way), and financial reconciliation.
- Preferred Experience in a franchise business model and with Direct Store Delivery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with digital procurement platforms and process automation.
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
