Summary: The Principal Planning Lead - ERP & Custom Applications (Gaming) is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and optimization of financial forecasting and planning applications, particularly within the gaming industry. This role requires extensive experience with Oracle ERP systems and custom-built applications to manage complex financial data flows. The position is remote and is offered as a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a deep understanding of the gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting application projects with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• Utilize deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP ecosystems, including Oracle Cloud Financials, Hyperion, or PBCS.
• Design, implement, or manage bespoke/custom-built planning software to address specific industry needs.
• Apply direct experience in the Gaming, Digital Media, or High-Volume Subscription industries.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of gross-to-net revenue splits, multi-currency transactions, and deferred revenue compliance (GAAP/IFRS).
• Utilize familiarity with ETL tools, data reconciliation pipelines, and SQL/data warehousing concepts.

As the Planning Lead, you will own the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our financial forecasting and planning applications. You will operate at the critical intersection of high-volume gaming data (microtransactions, platform fees, live-ops spend) and Oracle ERP systems.

You aren't just managing standard out-of-the-box software; you will oversee custom-built planning applications designed to handle complex, industry-specific financial data flows.

Responsibilities:

• Experience:8+ years of hands-on experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting application projects.
• Oracle Expertise: Deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP ecosystems (Oracle Cloud Financials, Hyperion, or PBCS).
