Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
  • Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.
  • Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.
  • Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.
  • Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements.
