Job Description
7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM, and WIP.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles.
Experience in production support, system enhancements, and integration projects.
At least 2 support project experiences; full-cycle implementation experience is preferred.
Strong functional configuration, solution design, and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Oracle tables and AOL objects.
Resolve production issues, support business users, and coordinate with clients and ERP project teams on enhancements and deliverables.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to travel and work in shifts as required.
