Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions for daily order flows, ICTOs, cycle counts, and inventory mismatches.
- Developing and updating SuiteScripts, workflows, custom fields, saved searches, and forms.
- Supporting requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to inventory management.
- Building solutions and proofs of concept based on customer and project needs.
Key Skills:
- Overall experience of 10+ years in IT Services, preferably with retailers.
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite.
- Good functional knowledge in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Basic functional knowledge of Record-to-Report process.
- Experience in the retail domain is mandatory.
- Experience in application support and development.
- Experience with SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, and SuiteFlow framework.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, WebServices, HTML, and SQL.
- Support and optimize integrations with POS, RFID, 3PL, iPaaS, and other downstream systems.
- Build NetSuite enhancements for store operations workflow or financial processes as prioritized.

We are looking for a skilled lead developer with proven experience in NetSuite platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of the NetSuite processes and platform, and of domain expertise in retail industry.
Roles and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
