Summary: We are seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant for Oracle NetSuite to lead ERP advisory services and oversee complex implementations. This role requires collaboration with executive stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives while mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and strong consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle NetSuite implementations, including project planning, discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize business processes through NetSuite ERP and CRM capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on core and advanced NetSuite modules, including Financials, Revenue Management, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Multi-Subsidiary Management.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand strategic goals and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions using NetSuite.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, scripts (Suite-Script), dashboards, KPIs, and reports to meet client requirements.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Drive client engagement through excellent communication, change management, and user training initiatives.
  • Lead internal knowledge sharing, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to practice development.
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates, features, and industry trends to continually improve service offerings.
