Oracle Integration Consultant (Oracle HCM to ADP Payroll)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Consultant to support the integration of Oracle with ADP Payroll. This is a fully remote opportunity with an immediate start for a consultant who can quickly understand the existing environment and deliver a robust, reliable payroll integration.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between Oracle and ADP, helping to streamline payroll processes and improve data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle and ADP Payroll.
• Analyse business and payroll requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Configure, develop, and support inbound and outbound data interfaces.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform testing, validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Produce technical and functional documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience integrating Oracle HCM (or Oracle Cloud applications) with ADP Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll data, HR processes, and integration best practices.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent Oracle integration technologies.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
