Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM integrations, and data migration using FBDI/HDL, with experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop integration orchestrations, application-driven integrations, scheduled integrations, and file-based integrations.
• Build integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and external applications.
• Configure and use OIC adapters such as ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, REST, SOAP, Database, FTP/SFTP, File, and Email adapters.
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
• Create mappings, transformations, lookups, and fault handling within OIC integrations.
• Configure connections, security, certificates, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic Auth, API Keys).
• Support FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle Cloud data import/export processes.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor OIC instances, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and business users to gather integration requirements.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Oracle integration best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM, or Financials).
• Hands-on experience developing OIC integrations and orchestrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and XPath.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud adapters: ERP Cloud Adapter, HCM Cloud Adapter, REST Adapter, SOAP Adapter, FTP/SFTP Adapter, Database Adapter, File Adapter.
• Experience with FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Fusion import/export processes.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI is desirable.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar version control and Agile tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Financials, or Order Management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database or Oracle ATP.
• Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
• Exposure to Oracle Process Automation (OPA) or Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
