Summary: The Oracle HFM Consultant role focuses on data migration engagements, specifically migrating Oracle HFM data into Oracle FCCS and/or PBCS solutions. The consultant will be responsible for understanding complex financial data models and automating data integration activities. This position is home-based in the UK and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in data migration engagements where Oracle HFM data has been migrated into Oracle FCCS and/or PBCS solutions
- Ability to understand complex Oracle HFM, FCCS and PBCS financial and management data models
- Ability to understand and track data into Oracle HFM, FCCS and PBCS solutions (eg input vs aggregated vs calculated vs translated vs consolidated data)
- Ability to build and maintain easy (one to one or many to one) and complex (Multidimensional and Logic Account) mappings using Oracle DM
- Ability to leverage SmartView to create source to destination reconciliations and investigations
- Ability to summarise data validation discrepancies and potential reasons behind it
- Ability to automate/schedule data integration activities in the Oracle EPM ETL tool ( eg data load, pipeline etc.)
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle HFM, FCCS, and PBCS solutions
- Understanding of financial and management data models
- Data tracking and validation skills
- Proficiency in Oracle DM for mapping
- Experience with SmartView for reconciliations
- Automation skills in Oracle EPM ETL tool
