They are undertaking significant digital transformation initiatives, modernizing their enterprise systems to improve member experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Functional Oracle Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and deployment of Oracle systems across critical business functions including benefits administration, claims management, eligibility processing, and financial operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver effective healthcare solutions.

What You'll Do

• Gather and document business requirements from healthcare operations and compliance stakeholders
• Configure Oracle modules to support benefits eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, and member life cycle management
• Conduct functional testing and validate system configurations against business requirements
• Document business processes, system configurations, and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical resources to resolve system problems
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing phases
• Provide training and documentation to end users and operational teams
• Ensure alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Participate in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience

• 5+ years of functional Oracle experience, including configuration and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-business Suite modules
• Experience with benefits administration, payroll, or insurance domain processes
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Experience documenting and testing complex system processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Valued Additional Experience

• Healthcare or insurance industry background
• Experience with Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) or Oracle Financials
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
• Experience with system integration and data migration projects
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database query writing
• Experience with Agile or similar development methodologies
