Summary: The Oracle Health EPR Tech Lead will spearhead the technical delivery of a large-scale ERP and EPR programme within an NHS Acute public health setting. This role demands end-to-end technical leadership across various workstreams, ensuring compliance with NHS standards. The ideal candidate will possess significant NHS Acute experience and hands-on exposure to EPR systems, particularly Oracle Health EPR or Cerner. Leadership in complex healthcare technology programmes is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as overall technical lead across the EPR programme
  • Oversee and coordinate all technical workstreams, ensuring alignment and integration
  • Provide hands-on leadership across: Data migration, Reporting and analytics, System integration, Testing and assurance, Infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Define and govern technical architecture and design decisions
  • Ensure interoperability between EPR, and downstream clinical and operational systems
  • Lead technical engagement with suppliers, system integrators, and internal teams
  • Ensure solutions comply with NHS data, security, and interoperability standards
  • Support programme planning, risk management, and technical assurance activities
  • Provide clear technical guidance to delivery teams and senior stakeholders

  • Proven experience operating as a Tech Lead on complex healthcare or EPR programmes

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Health EPR Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of a large-scale ERP and EPR programme within an NHS Acute public health environment.
