Summary: The Oracle HCM Workforce Experience (HRHD) Lead role involves leading complex engagements focused on delivering Oracle HCM cloud solutions and managed services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and product options.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, managing teams for Oracle HCM Cloud transformations.
• Facilitate client-facing meetings and workshops with large client teams.
• Design, configure, and test modules or process areas for successful client deployment.
• Build lasting client relationships and expand the network to meet client needs.

Key Skills:

• Experience implementing Oracle HCM cloud platform, particularly HR Helpdesk.
• Familiarity with Oracle Intelligent Advisor and Oracle Digital Assistant.
• Background as a Functional Consultant with expertise in HR business process changes.
• Experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating large workshops.
• Consultancy background with SC clearance preferred.
