Summary: The Oracle HCM - UK Payroll Functional Consultant role involves supporting the implementation and management of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions, with a focus on UK compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll implementations
  • Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, fast formulas, and costing
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, pensions, RTI)
  • Manage payroll processing, payroll runs, year-end activities, and statutory reporting
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to resolve payroll issues
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (HMRC, pension providers, finance systems)
  • Conduct functional testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support
  • Prepare functional documentation and support user training
