• Implement solutions for customers utilizing US payroll and understand the complexities of various state requirements.
• Configure complex Absence Plans, define Absence Reasons/Types, and establish Certification requirements.
• Create and update Fast Formulas as needed to meet requirements.
• Configure Payroll Elements, Calculation Cards, Balances, and Tax Reporting as per business requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot Payroll to third-party integrations tasks (Bank, Tax Compliance Service provider, etc.).
• Understand how Absence elements are associated with Payroll calculations and compliance.
• Utilize Oracle Tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, etc.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly in Global Payroll and Absence Management.
• Knowledge of US payroll complexities and state requirements.
• Ability to configure complex Absence Plans and Payroll configurations.
