Summary: The Oracle HCM Solution Architect role requires a senior professional with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and integrations. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of data conversions from legacy systems. Additionally, experience in managing teams both onsite and offshore is essential for this position. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and integrations.
  • Manage data conversions from legacy applications.
  • Oversee extended teams at onsite/offshore locations.
  • Build relationships with customer teams and application owners.
  • Utilize SQL/PLSQL and XML Publisher in projects.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
  • Facilitate Oracle HCM Cloud extensions and conversions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Support Ceridian to Oracle Cloud HCM data migration efforts.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation experiences.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud extensions, conversions, and integrations.
  • Strong data conversion skills from legacy applications.
  • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL and XML Publisher.
  • Understanding of OAF and basic UNIX scripting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing extended teams at onsite/offshore.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
  • Good to have Ceridian to Oracle Cloud HCM data migration experience.
