Summary: We are looking for a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant specializing in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation and support, collaborating with both business and technical teams on various processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and related areas. This position is remote and requires a strong background in process mapping, integrations, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on process mapping and functional design.
• Manage integrations, data migration, and testing strategies.
• Conduct client discussions and stakeholder management.
• Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts for reporting.
• Oversee team handling with 5+ members.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support.
• 5+ years of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Absence Management experience.
• Strong experience in process mapping and functional design.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Reporting.
• Working knowledge of Fast Formula & Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Good understanding of Global HR, Payroll, and Security.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and testing strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team handling experience with 5+ members.
