Summary: The Oracle HCM OTL Consultant role focuses on the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically in Time and Labor. The consultant will lead discussions on process mapping, integrations, and testing strategies while ensuring effective communication with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly OTL and Absence Processes.
- Lead discussions with customer teams on process mapping, integrations, data migrations, and testing strategies.
- Utilize HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Visual Builder Studio.
- Work with Oracle Cloud modules such as Global HR, Security, and Payroll.
- Communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
- Manage a team of 5+ members, if applicable.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Proficiency in OTL and Absence Processes.
- Experience in HCM technical tools (HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Visual Builder Studio).
