Summary: The Oracle HCM OTL Consultant role focuses on the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Time and Labor and Kronos Integration. The candidate is expected to lead discussions on process mapping, integrations, and testing strategies while possessing strong communication skills to convey complex technology solutions. A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant areas is required, along with proficiency in various HCM technical tools. The position is remote, based in the PST time zone, with a contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly OTL and Absence Processes.
- Lead discussions with customer teams on process mapping, integrations, data migrations, and testing strategies.
- Utilize HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Visual Builder Studio.
- Work with Oracle Cloud modules such as Global HR, Security, and Payroll.
- Manage a team size of 5+ (preferred).
- Communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
