Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Learning Cloud solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience in delivering enterprise Learning Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions. The position involves a remote working arrangement with some travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Learning Cloud implementation and solution design.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Learning Cloud solutions.
  • Configure Oracle Learning Cloud, including learning catalogs, assignments, certifications, and learner journeys.
  • Integrate Learning Cloud with Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and other HCM modules.
  • Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and client advisory sessions.
  • Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Provide architectural guidance and mentor functional consultants.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with 5+ years in Oracle Learning Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Learning, Core HR, and Talent Management.
  • Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Reporting, and integrations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.
