Summary: The Oracle HCM Integration Consultant role involves supporting data integration and implementation projects within a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR systems integration and expertise in designing and deploying Oracle HCM solutions. This position requires collaboration with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems. The role is contract-based for 6 months and is outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle HCM data integration efforts across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to implement and optimize HCM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR systems within the wider enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and best practices.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities for Oracle HCM implementations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM integration and implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology ecosystems and enterprise-wide system integration.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, data migration, and middleware solutions.
