Summary: We are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR and HCM modules to assist in a significant HR transformation project. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional expertise across Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules
- Support configuration and testing of HCM solutions

- Work closely with technical teams on Fast Formula and reporting needs
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle HCM / EBS HR modules
- Strong knowledge of Absence, Performance, and Learning domains
- Techno-functional capability (e.g. SQL / Fast Formula desirable)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
