Summary: The Oracle HCM Consultant role involves contributing to a global Oracle HCM Implementation by enhancing product capabilities and resolving issues to maximize the business's investment in Oracle. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Redwood, Learning & Performance, and Compensation.
- Participate in complex HCM implementations, leveraging past experience.
- Test Oracle HCM reports to ensure alignment with business and project requirements.
- Collaborate with Oracle HCM Workstream Leads and SMEs to deliver the HCM Implementation Plan.
- Maintain strong organisational and communication skills throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in developing and configuring various modules.
- Previous experience in complex HCM implementations is essential.
