Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management modules
  • Conduct Talent Management business process workshops to gather and validate requirements
  • Implement and support Talent Profile, Goals & Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development
  • Identify solution gaps, improvement areas, and key business decisions
  • Apply Oracle HCM leading practices to maximize efficiency and minimize future maintenance
  • Perform functional design, configuration, prototyping, personalization, and application testing
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
  • Educate clients on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and adoption strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful engagement and long-term solution value
