Summary: We're seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll for a long-term contract opportunity. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to be UK-based and eligible for SC clearance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Payroll configuration and compliance with UK payroll legislation. This position offers a zero-hour contract with an anticipated engagement of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with a strong focus on Payroll modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll configuration, fast formulas, balance definitions, and retro pay.
  • Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations, stakeholder workshops, and UAT.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ensure payroll processes align with UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance.
  • Ability to work independently in a mostly remote setting.

Overview: We're supporting a client in securing an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Payroll for a long-term contract opportunity. If you're a UK-based consultant with deep Oracle HCM knowledge and eligible for (or holding) SC clearance, this could be a great fit.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Oracle HCM Consultant , with a strong focus on Payroll modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll configuration , fast formulas , balance definitions , and retro pay
