Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant role involves designing, developing, and supporting various HCM tools and integrations, including HCM Extracts, HDL, and BI Publisher reports. The consultant will manage reporting and integration flows, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure effective data exchange with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules.
- Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements.
- Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions Candidate Pending Worker Employee.
- Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users.

- BI Publisher (BIP): Develop custom reports, build complex data models, configure bursting, and customize layouts.
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Create real-time dashboards and analytics using subject areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HR, Workforce).
