Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Consultant with strong functional expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud, supporting testing activities, and collaborating with business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct solution design workshops and recommend best practices.
• Support functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to business users.
• Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Talent Management.
