Summary: The role of a Functional Consultant focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud with a specialization in US and Canada payroll and costing. The consultant is expected to have extensive experience in implementation projects and collaborate with both technical and finance teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across time zones are essential for this position. The consultant will also be responsible for creating and managing specific plans and providing updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Experience in implementation projects (min 4 end to end exp)
- Experienced in US and Canada Oracle HCM Cloud payroll processes, Oracle Cloud payroll configurations, cost accounting related configurations, GL posting related processes
- Proficient in Payroll fast formulas, user defined table configuration, value set configurations
- Knowledgeable about the cost account setup and experienced working with the Finance team for costing reconciliation
- Working experience with the technical team to prepare the functional design, mapping for integrations
- Good communication skills: Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal
- Self-directed and Pro-active (be a consultant)
- Willingness to work across time-zones as required by the engagement
- Create & Manage a Track / Area specific Plan
- Coordinate with other required Team members
- Weekly and Periodic Updates
- Work closely with Customer's Manager
- Experience in Oracle HCM implementation as an Oracle Cloud Payroll functional consultant
- Implemented US payroll at least for one major customer
- Graduation/Post Graduation/HR and Payroll
