Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on areas such as Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning. • Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and/or Learning, ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments. • Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
