Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and techno-functional expertise across key HCM modules and have a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations. This role is remote and is expected to last between 6 to 9 months with a potential for hire. Candidates should be prepared to engage in various aspects of the HCM implementation process, including requirement gathering, configuration, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Perform gap analysis and design HCM solutions
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, etc.)
- Support integrations, data migration, and reporting
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of HCM implementation experience (Oracle Cloud preferred)
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations
- Strong experience in Time & Labor / Payroll modules
- Experience with integrations, reporting, and data migration
- Strong communication and analytical skills
