Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits Consultant will play a crucial role in a UK Government HR transformation programme, focusing on the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This position requires collaboration with HR teams and stakeholders to enhance the employee experience for over 250,000 civil servants. The consultant will leverage their expertise in compensation and benefits to ensure effective delivery of shared-services across multiple government departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits solutions.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to enhance employee experience.
- Configure salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles.
- Utilize Fast Formulas for compensation calculations and manage integrations with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.
- Provide analytical and problem-solving support while managing stakeholder relationships.
- Document processes and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven experience configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles.
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Compensation Plans and Total Compensation Statements.
