Oracle Guided Learning Functional consultant

We are seeking an Oracle Guided Learning Consultant to create, maintain, and update user guidance and business process knowledge for Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content.
• Develop business process knowledge bases to support AI and large language models.
• Collaborate with HR functional leads and subject matter experts.
• Document processes, system updates, and knowledge gained during transition.
• Support OGL administration and content updates.
• Complete required OGL training and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have Familiarity with HR processes.
• Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills. ( they would be interacting with senior level people and everyone in HR so Must have great communication skills.)
• Willingness to learn Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Guided Learning.
• Ability to document and retain technical for OGL and functional knowledge.
• Interest in developing OGL administration skills.
