Position Overview

Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will be a senior-level Oracle professional with deep experience in Oracle Fusion implementations, strong functional expertise within Finance, and the technical capabilities needed to support configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a successful go-live currently targeted for April 2028.

This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and provide both strategic and hands-on support across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional SME throughout the EBS to Fusion transformation.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders and implementation partner KPMG to support all phases of the program.
• Provide expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules and related applications.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Support application design, configuration, testing, data conversion, integrations, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive project milestones.
• Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness activities.
• Assist with process improvements, change management, and knowledge transfer efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders throughout the implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with significant experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Demonstrated experience participating in large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migrations.
• Strong Techno-Functional background with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Deep Oracle Fusion Finance expertise, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Projects
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion integrations, data migration, configuration, and testing.
• Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, business users, and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Oracle transformations involving multiple Fusion modules.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations through post-go-live stabilization.
