The Role
You'll be responsible for designing, building and supporting integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM and EPM solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Working alongside architects, functional consultants and delivery teams, you'll develop secure, scalable and resilient integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise applications and third-party systems.
The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between technical solution design and hands-on development throughout the implementation life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, OIC adapters and event-driven architecture.
- Develop file-based integrations using XML, JSON, XSD and XSLT transformations.
- Configure inbound and outbound interfaces, FTP integrations and orchestration processes.
- Implement secure integration patterns using OAuth2, certificates and OCI Vault.
- Work with Fusion data models, including FBDI, HDL and BICC artefacts.
- Support integration testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
- Produce technical documentation and integration design artefacts.
- Contribute to technical solution design and implementation best practice across the programme.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience delivering enterprise integration solutions.
- At least 5 years' hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Extensive experience designing and developing Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle SOA Suite (SOA)
- Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
- REST & SOAP Web Services
- XML, JSON, XSD and XSLT
- Oracle Integration Adapters
- Experience implementing secure integrations using OAuth2, certificates and OCI Vault.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration capabilities, including APIs, Events, File-Based Data Import (FBDI), HDL, BICC and FTP interfaces.
- Experience supporting Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a remote delivery environment.
Desirable
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA).
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM Cloud technical architecture.
- Previous experience delivering Oracle Fusion implementations within the UK public sector.
